Los Castillo

The Los Castillo design studio has been forging some of the most innovative and lovely jewelry creations in all of Mexico since the mid 1930’s. In addition to their jewelry, they are known for their hand-hammered silver plated copper vessels inlaid with fine Mexican turquoise, lapis and malachite.

Located in “the silver city,” Taxco, Mexico, Los Castillo has perfected the “marriage of metals” in which silver, copper and brass are fused in breathtaking designs. Many of the vessels we carry feature accents of brass as well as stunning stone inlay work.
