We recommend always trimming your candle wicks before lighting to 1/4 of an inch.
Trimming will extend the burn life of your candles and allow your scented candles to burn cleaner. This handy little tool is our favorite trimmer to keep your wicks nice and short. The flat tray next to the cutting mechanism is also an easier way to remove the spent wick and mushroom bloom that is common with scented candles without making a mess. Just trim and toss right in the trash - no more black sooty fingers!
