The Bernd Wolf manufactory near Freiburg employs a complex, multi-layer galvanic gold-plating technique. The gold used is a high-grade alloy, whose gold content is almost equivalent to that of pure gold, which endows the pieces with their distinctive warm glow. Since 2010, Bernd Wolf has been using exclusively gold from certified, ethically impeccable sources.
