Refreshing and light-hearted, this caffeine-free tisane may be enjoyed all day. Delicious iced as well as hot, Bellocq recommends garnishes of thin slices of orange and a sprig of just plucked mint, sage, or lavender.
Brewing Instructions | Brew 2 tsp of loose leaf tea per 8oz/250ml of water at 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed). Brew 5-10 minutes. Good for 1-2 infusions.
