One of Bellocq's most popular teas, The Queen's Guard, is the perfect afternoon tea blend, celebrating two favorite early summer flowers, rose and lavender. Well-balanced, elegant, and remarkably well suited to a slice of lemon scented loaf cake, drizzled with icing.
Brewing Instructions | Brew 1 tsp of loose leaf tea per 8oz/250ml of water at 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed). Brew 4-6 minutes. Good for 2 infusions.
