Fog Linen Work

Fog Linen Work Collection

At The Phoenix, we have a deep appreciation for designers who blend heritage, craftsmanship, and sustainability into everyday essentials. That’s why we love Fog Linen Work—a brand that effortlessly captures the art of simple, intentional living.

Founded by Yumiko Sekine in 1999, Fog Linen Work began as a quest to recreate the everyday linen pieces she cherished from childhood. Unable to find high-quality yet affordable linens in Japan, Sekine traveled to Lithuania—a country rich in flax cultivation—where she partnered with local artisans to bring her vision to life. What started as a collection of just seven linen essentials has since evolved into a thoughtfully curated line of women’s clothing, accessories, and home goods, all crafted with a quiet elegance that defines modern, sustainable living.

At The Phoenix, we believe in pieces that tell a story—ones that feel as good to wear as they do to live with. Fog Linen Work embodies that philosophy, offering effortlessly wearable clothing and timeless home essentials designed to be loved for years. Their linen is breathable, durable, and only gets softer with time—a perfect companion for a life well-lived.

Sekine’s dedication to natural materials and ethical production aligns with our mission to curate goods that are not only beautiful but also responsibly made. Whether it’s a perfectly tailored linen dress or a handwoven basket that brings warmth to your space, Fog Linen Work celebrates the beauty of everyday rituals, making even the simplest moments feel special.
