That seed was planted, and from there the founders' passion for cooking bloomed into a desire to build a company that encourages people to find this same passion for themselves. The small family-owned business partners with a multi-generational, family-owned manufacturer in Italy to create Sardel products. They continue to source products that reflect the essence of Italian cooking: simplicity, high-quality ingredients, tradition, and technique.
