Snoogs & Wilde
Artist Sarah Martinez works in acrylic, watercolor, and ink creating both abstract and illustrative paintings. She works out of her studio in the hills of Northwest Connecticut. She’s inspired by the natural world that surrounds, and her two little curiously energetic boys. The act of being fully engaged in the artistic process of bringing colors together on the canvas allows for Sarah to enter into a harmonious flow state-it awakens her cells and relaxes her mind. Her pieces are sophisticatedly colorful, bringing together the charm of unexpected color palettes with the clean simplicity that creates a sense of spaciousness in a room; she aims to bring joy and harmony into one’s home through her art. Her prints are made with heavy 100% cotton fine art paper and archival pigment-based inks. Each piece is printed one by one from her home studio.
