PHOENIX PERKS

The Phoenix Perks Rewards program, is a special benefit that offers customers points for shopping at The Phoenix in-store + online.

As a member of the Phoenix Perks Rewards program, you will receive one point for every dollar you spend (excluding sales tax, shipping, and returns). When you reach 2,000 points, customers are able to redeem their points to receive $100 off any order!

Steps to Sign Up
1. Look for the orange ‘Perks’ button in the lower-right hand corner.
2. Click + follow the prompts.
Once you create your account, you'll be able to track your points and see all of your orders in-store + online.

Ways to Earn Points

• Signup for Rewards = 150 Points

• Place an order, for every $1 spent = 1 Point

• Celebrate a birthday = 150 Points

• Follow on Instagram = 150 Points

Ways to Redeem

• Order discount, 2000 Points = $100

• Phoenix Perks (insider-only) events + trunk shows

Terms + Conditions

Customers must sign up for the Rewards program on our website, not in-store, and must opt in to both the Phoenix Perks Rewards program + our Newsletter to participate.

The Phoenix Perks Rewards program does not apply points to orders placed using Guest Checkout; customers must be logged into their account when placing an order to accrue points from orders.

Point accrual is ongoing, and the points never expire. Once a customer has signed up for the Phoenix Perks Rewards program, they may immediately begin to accrue points with their purchases (online + in-store). Points cannot be earned on previous purchases.

Order value must be over $100 to apply Phoenix Perks Rewards.

The Phoenix reserves the right to cancel the Perks program at any time without notice.
