RachaelPots is a small ceramicĀ studio based in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, owned and operated by native New Yorker Rachael Scharf since 2013. After studying ceramics in Italy, Rachael set up her studio to create a small-scale production line of beautifully made, highly functional pieces, all created onĀ her potter's wheel. Rachael learned her craft in Washington, DC, and Florence, Italy. SheĀ finds that a pot is most truly beautiful when it has achieved its utmost functionalityĀ but is still aesthetically pleasing, form-wise.Ā
